Biography

Todd was born in Warren, Arkansas. He committed his life to Christ as a young boy at his home church.

After graduating high school, he attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Business. Upon graduation, he became Vice President of Arkansas Superior Credit Union and later surrendered to preach.

Todd was pastor of 3 churches before entering full time evangelism in 1996-2002. He has preached in over 500 revivals,crusades,conferences and youth camps in 13 states. Todd still maintains an itinerate ministry preaching throughout the United States.

In 2003, Todd lead a team that began the Oasis Church with 28 present for their first worship service. Since that time the church has advanced to approximately 500 attending weekly.
