One of Oasis Church's core values is "every member in a ministry". It's more than a philosophy. We believe service is a critical part not only of the believer's spiritual walk, but also of the church experience. It's simple: get plugged into a ministry opportunity and you'll get to know other church members more quickly and deeply. We're happy to report that, currently, 100% of our members and 85% of those who regularly attend Oasis volunteer in at least one ministry.
We make it easy for you to connect with ministries. Just fill out a First Serve card or indicate your interest in a ministry on your communications card during any Sunday service.

First Serve
If you attend Oasis regularly but haven't yet found a ministry that's right for you, we encourage you to try our First Serve program. You can test drive a ministry, obligation-free, to see if it's a fit and if you feel God calling you to serve in that capacity. After serving once, you may choose to stay in that ministry or try a different one. We encourage you to do this as soon as you feel ready to jump in. It's an awesome experience to serve alongside other believers to accomplish His will in our church.
Current First Serve Opportunities
The following is an up-to-date listing of the areas in which members and regular attenders can serve at Oasis. These aren't the only ways you can help, though! If you've got a unique, God-given talent you'd like to use at Oasis but don't see a relevant ministry below, contact our First Serve coordinator(
